About
Todd Nash is the Executive Chef for Good Time Design Hospitality and Entertainment Group located in San Diego, CA. Chef Nash manages the menus for The Deck at Moonshine Flats, Cerveza Jack’s, The Blind Burro, Bub’s at the Ballpark, Lucky’s Lunch Counter and The Loma Club. His plates boast everything from bacon wrapped baby back ribs, carnitas tacos, to “overstuffed” Reuben sandwiches. Nash prefers to let his food do the talking, and credits his career to spending his childhood in the kitchen with his mother. “At a very young age I would follow my mom around the kitchen and help her in any way I could. I imagine I was more in the way at times than actually helping, but she took the time to make sure I was involved and taught what she could.” Growing up in the kitchen led Chef Nash to attend the California Culinary Academy. He later spent distinguished periods at Laurel, Bali Hai, and Dakota Grill before joining the Good Time Design Team as the Executive Chef. Chef Todd Nash skillfully infuses the fine dining experience with the familiarity of home-cooked flavors, delighting diners at each of the Good Time Design venues.
