I grew up working in my fathers restaurant. I always wanted to be in the restaurant industry because of him. I worked all over north county from the age of 18 until now. I started working at Master’s Kitchen & Cocktail in January of 2020. This really pushed my interest in craft cocktails. From there I really wanted to go further in the industry. Now being the bar manager at dxt, I am growing my knowledge of agave based cocktails and spirits and continuing to grow in the industry.
