Molly Brooks manages the beverage program at Club 33 and 21 Royal, private fine dining experiences in Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California. She has worked in fine wine retail and events, wine sales & distribution, wine importing, and restaurants throughout Southern California. She is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is WSET Level III Certified, in addition to being a French Wine Scholar, Spanish Wine Scholar, Sherry Scholar and Certified Cicerone. She created her own BarWeThereYet Wine Consulting business to assist with restaurant wine programs, private tastings, and other wine-focused events, and enjoys participating in and facilitating wine conferences around the country. She holds a Master’s degree in history from San Diego State University and a BA in history from Pitzer College in Los Angeles. She’s always in pursuit of life’s gastronomic and intellectual pleasures!
