Cooking is my love language, my culinary journey began where I’ve helped open restaurants all across the nation. I came back to San Diego to polish my skill set, working at Consortium Holdings Restaurant Group, I was able to learn about a wide variety of cuisines and knowledge. I then decided to step into being a Private Chef, where I now cook for Professional Athletes and Spiritual Retreats.
My whole culinary journey has brought me to study the medicinal and scientific properties of food. The original currency of herbs and spices are woven into my menus as a way of spreading awareness around this ancient knowledge.
