Chef Jeremy began his culinary career at a small neighborhood bar in New Mexico.  Soon thereafter he realized the need to expand his culinary ambitions and passions and joined the culinary Team at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya in Santa Ana, New Mexico.  He moved to San Diego to continue his culinary career and growth eventually landing on the culinary team at the Park Hyatt Aviara. Jeremy joined the Village Vino Kensington team as Executive Chef in 2018 where he has transformed the menu and culinary offering of this quaint neighborhood restaurant and wine bar.  He works tirelessly with Village Vino’s Wine Director to create new and innovative cuisine that pairs perfectly with the small boutique family owned wines that appear on the menu. Jeremy was recently named a San Diego Tastemaker by San Diego Magazine recognizing his talents and passion for creating flavorful and inspiring cuisine.
