Casanova Fish Tacos was born in March of 2009. After being laid off from the San Diego Probation department, Hector Casanova, along with the support of his friends, decided to start a fish taco catering company. Ever since, he has specialized in creating delicious fish tacos in a one-of-a-kind environment.

 

“When I first started this business, I had a vision that I wanted to be known for the baja style  fish taco. Shortly after, I found out that there are a lot of people who don’t like fried foods… figure that one out… so I had to shift and began experimenting with ingredients to create grilled and healthier options. I did not go to culinary school, but this was a gift in disguise. Creations come to me and my job is to put them together and make them work. I have to be honest here and sometimes they don’t work, so this is where tacology comes into play. I love to showcase the fish along with all the ingredients that make our taco creations. Every taco has its own flavor, every bite is a high-five in the mouth. Experience it for yourself and you’ll be hooked! Literally!”
