Starlite in Mission Hills began 14 years ago on an unassuming corner with a modern mid-century award-winning design, the resurgence of the classic Moscow mule, and a thoughtfully sourced seasonal menu. Now, the San Diego hidden gem continues to offer the same ideals and experiences to guests and family. Today it is headed by Bar Manager Jack Reynolds, Chefs Josh Meyer, and Greg Talamantes whose experience and hard work keep guests coming back old and new. Starlite has created a family within its walls that was brought together by Owner and Operations Manager Matt Hoyt. His legacy lives on through Starlite and what his team have continued to work together on to keep offering San Diego memorable experiences and stories.
