Chef Dylan Soro of Soro’s Grill in Old Town Temecula attended the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park New York. After graduation from the CIA, he became a Sous Chef with Wolfgang puck for three years. Excited for more opportunities to learn from the best, he opened a restaurant at the Aria casino in Las Vegas with celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey, taking the role as Executive Sous Chef. Shortly after, he was persuaded to take on the role of Executive Sous Chef at Beauty & Essex in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. After his incredible stint in New York and Las Vegas, he headed home to Temecula in order to give the city what it deserves; amazing food, ambiance, and service! It is his goal to make Temecula a worldwide destination. Providing the ultimate culinary experience is his first start.
