Dave Kendall’s passion for mastering different smokers began over 40 years ago when he started smoking on an offset 50 gallon drum in his grandparent’s back yard. In 2017, his passion and talent landed him an opportunity with the Grand Ole BBQ. Kendall works to master different proteins on the smoker to ensure that people love the BBQ that he makes.
