From cooking at a young age to working in the service industry for over 22 years, Corbin Emilio knew that the culinary world was for him. With a deep passion and love for food, he extended his career to eventually open up multiple businesses of his own and even make appearance on The Food Network and Fox Hell’s Kitchen. These paths have showcased and outlined his desire to always learn and expand his knowledge. Corbin has a combined background in all aspects of the bar and restaurant scene and over the past 5 years has started 3 of his own establishments in Appleton, WI. Ambassador, an eclectic craft cocktail lounge; Vegan Nightmare, a Southern style BBQ cart; and Ukiyo, a small kitchen for exclusively hosting private events. When he’s not cooking, he likes to travel as much as possible and explore new cultures and cuisines. He also loves to create through drawing and painting.
