Born and raised in Mexicali. Chef Toño’s culinary journey has taken him from street markets to top restaurants in Mexico and other parts of the world.

He has created different restaurant concepts in Mexico and has dedicated a big part of his career as a celebrity chef for the Food Network, TV Azteca, Discovery, Warner and currently Telemundo as main judge at Top Chef VIP going on its third season.
