After years of working at some of the best kitchens in the world, including Chez Panisse, Noma (Mexico), Criollo (Oaxaca), Searsucker, plus making a name for himself by beating Bobby Flay on the Food Network, Chef Andrew Bent is quickly becoming a household name in Southern California

He earned a BIB Gourmond nod from the Michelin Guide from 2019-2021 for his instrumental role in menu and concept creation for LOLA 55. His sights are now set on scaling a new breed of BBQ dubbed Sonoran BBQ with new concepts PAPALITO (August 2022) and soon to open PAPALO (Early 2023).
