AJ’s journey as a chef started back in 2009 with Porkyland. As the years passed he’s been growing as a chef in different work areas to achieve full knowledge of how things should be done. It all started with the inspiration that he had from watching his parents cook, as his father himself is also a chef. He am currently running both Porkyland locations with great success.
