Chef Daniela Martinez stance on the power of mentorship over leadership. “I strongly believe that mentorship is a crucial component of personal and professional growth. Having a mentor who genuinely believes in you and is committed to your development can make a significant difference in one’s career. It not only provides the guidance and support needed to enhance skills, but also challenges individuals to strive for continuous improvement, even when faced with difficult feedback. Mentorship embodies the power of belief, fostering an environment where individuals can surpass their own expectations and achieve greater success.”
