Prestige Cuvee & Caviar
Each of the best champagne houses in France produces a prestige cuvée – the best of the best of bubbles. In this class, you’ll take a tour of Champagne history sipping through tête de cuvée from some of the world’s most noble of champagne houses. You will leave France and head back to California and learn the nuances and varied flavor profiles of premium caviar alongside a tasting of various grades of caviar.
