Celebrate with Bocuse d’Or Team Mexico and taste their world-class culinary expertise in action. These renowned chefs bring an elevated experience as we help them on the road to Lyon for the world competition. Stroll through the park filled with engaging experiences, savoring expertly crafted dishes from top chefs across San Diego, Southern California, and Baja. Enjoy captivating live music, engage in cultural conversations, and attend demonstrations that delve into the fascinating world of Mexican spirits and traditional culinary dishes.
Enjoy “Oyster Sunday,” hosted by Man versus Food’s Casey Webb, sponsored by Stoneleigh Wines, in a fun “shuck off” between celebrity chefs. Come watch the fun, enjoy fresh oysters and wines perfectly paired by Stoneleigh Wine.

San Diego’s original mouthwatering battle for the title of Most Awesome Taco is on! Your challenge, should you choose to accept it: Put your tastebuds to the test, tasting through dozens of tacos from the greatest chefs in the region! Cast your vote to determine which taco will take home top honors in our annual Taco TKO competition.
Join fellow attendees and a panel of esteemed judges to vote who to crown the taco champion. With up to $3000 in cash and an ad package with Edible San Diego on the line for the winning chef, you’ll want to be there to cheer on your favorite taco and savor every bite of the fierce competition!

Join us for an extraordinary dining experience inspired by the vibrant traditions of Mexico’s Day of the Dead, lovingly crafted by some of the incredible chefs from Team Mexico, representing the prestigious Bocuse d’Or.
This multi-course feast honors the flavors of the season with carefully selected ingredients that celebrate the region’s agricultural bounty. Paired with exquisite local wines and expertly mixed handcrafted cocktails, every dish tells a story rooted in Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.

Grand Weekend festival events include sample sized food and drink. Full sized portions are not provided. Ticket fees grant access to the venue and the entertainment value therein, including, but not limited to; music, chef demos, competitions, and provide a comfortable and safe environment (security, advanced first aid services, additional bathrooms, hydration stations, shade, seating, etc.). Food and beverage tastings are taxable at a value of $25. The tax is included in the ticket fee.
