WINE EXPERIENCE AT MINA PENELOPE W/ OWNER VERONICA SANTIAGO
We will welcome you to Valle de Guadalupe with a very exclusive experience at Mina Penelope winery, where winemaker/owner Veronica Santiago will welcome us with her fabulous sparkling rosé as we walk-through the production facility to a gorgeous wine tasting spot under the oak tree surrounded by their organic vineyards. We will get to enjoy a showcase of artisanal Mexican cheeses and local products accompanied by private reserve wines.

AL FRESCO CULINARY EXPERIENCE AT MALVA W/ CHEF ROBERTO ALCOCER
Our culinary journey will continue with a lunch by celebrated Michelin Star chef Roberto
Alcocer. This unique opportunity to taste the distinctive cuisine of Malva, personally
prepare by his creator, includes a 6 course tasting menu using seasonal, organic and
local ingredients that best represent the bounty of Baja California. Our lunch will be
paired with reserve wines by on-site winery Mina Penelope and winemaker/owner will be
in attendance personally pouring and presenting her wines.

SPARKLING WINE CELLAR EXPERIENCE AT BRUMA WINERY W/ LULU MARTINEZ
Follow rockstar winemaker Lulú Martínez as she guides us through a behind-the-scenes
exclusive sparkling winery in the cellar of the soon-to-be-open Bruma Mercado.

WINEMAKER ENCOUNTER AT BRUMA WINE GARDEN
This will be a one-of-a-kind rendezvous with the leading winemakers of the new
generation such as Kris Magnussen of Lechuza Wines, Silvana Pijoan of Pijoan Wines
and Jorge Uribe of Drosophila. Imagine Valle vermouths, fun natural wines and eclectic
avant-garde blends under the magical olive grove in the exclusive estate of Bruma. The
insiders-only “Fiesta” will be co-hosted by chef David Castro Hussong and pastry chef
Maribel Aldaco of Fauna (awarded as “Best Restaurant in Mexico”) who will create an
unique culinary experience in perfect harmony with the estate’s ecosystem: Garden-
Farm-Vineyard-Winery.
