Kelly Pioterek began at Arby's in 1994 as a DMO/line cook, then grew with the company into a General Manager until 2001 when she moved to Rubio's as an Assistant Manager. During her time with Rubio's, she became a Certified Training Manager and a GM, whereshe worked closely with Product Development and Quality Assurance. Kelly monitored, trained and was responsible for kitchen training, new menu implementation, and all BOH operations. In 2011, she left Rubio's and began with El Torito as a Manager before coming into her current role as General Manager. Chef Certification and BOH management and development being key requirements and components of the position.
