Martellotto Wines

Greg Martellotto is a bon vivant who brings a wealth of international experience to the world of wine. After eating and drinking his way through more than 50 countries, Greg launched Martellotto Wines, a fully integrated wine company, in 2005. Martellotto Wines produces, imports, distributes and markets wines across the US and Asia. Focused on passionate, small, family wineries from around the globe that practice sustainable farming, Martellotto Wines brings these eyebrow raising wines to discerning clients.

Following in the footsteps of his nonno from Puglia, Greg learned about oenology and viticulture in Italy, Mexico, Oregon and California. The 2005 vintage marked the inaugural releases of the Martellotto branded wines sourced from select vineyards in Santa Barbara and Paso Robles. In 2008, Martellotto Wines introduced a big, new idea to wine marketing with the release of Agent for Change Wines; this portfolio of wines donates a significant portion of proceeds to numerous charitable causes. With demand growing for real, honest wines, Martellotto Wines are now available direct to consumers at Greg also launched One Vine Wine Co., a wholesale wine distribution company that supplies wines from vine to market in eight states. In 2012, Martellotto Wine Productions launched our own winery production facility in Buellton, CA. Sourced from prestige vineyards in Santa Barbara County, the winery produces under 10,000 cases per year of wines that utilize native yeasts, limited or no additions, and a focus on pure and expressive wines.

When Greg is not sharing his knowledge and passion for wine through educational events, he engages in the community. Martellotto Wines supports numerous museums, arts organizations, and charities. Greg is a certified yoga teacher and has served as President of the Stanford Alumni Association of San Diego.
