Liberty Station Outdoor Dining Expansions
As San Diego reopens and summer approaches, Liberty Station is diligently working to support its independent restaurants and small businesses in reopening by substantially increasing the amount of outdoor seating in promenades and courtyards.
Many of San Diego’s beloved restaurant owners and groups have found a home within Liberty Station including Cohn Restaurant Group, Stone Brewing, Blue Bridge Hospitality, CH Projects, Rise & Shine Restaurant Group, Moniker Group, Buona Forchetta, the duo behind You & Yours Distilling; and many more.
Liberty Station hopes this more casual outdoor cafe culture will help San Diegans feel comfortable eating out again and help its restaurants begin to recover. The outdoor dining extensions will be set up before Father’s Day weekend and all tables will be cleaned according to health standards.
New Restaurant Opening: The Presley
The Presley is a stylish patio-haven set to open in July 2020. Helmed by the celebrated San Diego-based hospitality collective, Good Time Design, the concept’s namesake is a meaningful nod to CEO Ty Hauter’s daughter, Presley.
Sit in lush greenery and custom swinging benches while enjoying American cuisine curated by Good Time Design’s corporate Chef, Todd Nash. Soak in some sun while sipping on a Dole Whip Mimosa or Lavender Gin Slushy this July!
Restaurant Reopening: Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station reopened on June 15, 2020. With safety being the team’s first priority, the bistro opened its expansive gardens to offer the signature Stone Experience of outdoor dining, world-inspired cuisine; and the best in local craft beer.
