A Culinary Journey from CO to CA

Join us for a special evening at Marisi, where Executive Chef Cameron Ingle and Chef Matt Vawter join forces to craft an extraordinary collaboration a la carte menu. Matt Vawter, head chef and owner of Rootstalk in Breckenridge, Colorado, and the winner of James Beard Foundation’s 2024 Best Chef: Mountain, brings his expertise to this unique night of culinary excellence.

This dinner will be thoughtfully paired with wines curated by Marisi’s sommelier, Chris Plaia, alongside special guest Ray Isle, Executive Wine Editor for Food and Wine Magazine and author of The World in a Wineglass.

Seating options are available starting at 5 PM. Last seating at 8:45 PM
