With Addison being one of only 13 restaurants in the U.S. to hold this prestigious distinction, Ian’s expertise in craft cocktail culture is widely respected. Having owned, operated, and consulted for numerous bars and restaurants throughout San Diego County, he is often credited with pioneering the modern craft cocktail movement in the region and elevating Southern California hospitality.
