Bringing a wealth of winemaking knowledge and a expertise in organic wine farming, Drew Herman assumed the role of Director of Viticulture at Revana Vineyards in 2023. Graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Minor in Botany, Drew now oversees all Estate vineyard operations, spearheading the adoption of organic vineyard management techniques. His innovative approach brings about dynamic changes that foster year-round flourishing vineyards, ensuring the production of healthy fruit that significantly influences the intricacies of the wines. These enhancements uphold our commitment to crafting world-class wines by elevating their quality and staying true to our philosophy.
