Born in the southeast region of México, now adopted by Baja.
Mastering the grill and smoke flavours, enhancing the flavours of local products and regional wine, curating gastronomic and wine experiences now at the heart of Valle de Guadalupe on the recently open Komat Restaurant at Encuentro Guadalupe collection.
Proud to be part of the Logistics Team for Bocuse D’Or México, on their Road to Lyon, France in 2025.
